Do my deposits expire if I don't renew?
No. All your deposits and certificates are preserved for a minimum of 10 years, regardless of your plan. The legal value of your proofs of prior existence is maintained.
What is the difference between the Packs and the Subscription?
Packs are one-time purchases of credits that never expire: Pack 5 (EUR 4.90) or Pack 20 (EUR 14.90). The Subscription at EUR 9.90/month (or EUR 79/year) offers 30 deposits per month, watermark-free certificates, and priority support.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain premium access until that date. No prorated refund.
Is VAT included in the displayed prices?
Prices are displayed excluding VAT. VAT is automatically calculated by Stripe based on your country of residence at checkout.
What is the legal value of a Copyright01 deposit?
Each deposit generates a timestamped certificate with SHA-256/SHA-512 fingerprint, constituting proof of prior existence recognised in the 181 signatory countries of the Berne Convention.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are secured by Stripe.
How quickly is my deposit certified?
Certification is instant. Your PDF certificate with timestamp and SHA-256/SHA-512 fingerprint is generated immediately after deposit.
Can I switch from a Pack to a Subscription?
Yes. You can subscribe at any time. Your existing pack credits remain usable alongside your subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
Credit packs are non-refundable as they can be used immediately. For subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period with no prorated refund.
What happens to my deposits if I cancel my subscription?
Your deposits and certificates are preserved for at least 10 years, even after cancellation. You only lose access to premium features (watermark-free certificates, priority support).
